Dear Customer,

Kindly insist on having Encashment Certificate when you exchange Foreign Currency.

Make sure to sign your Encashment Certificate in the same manner as in your photo ID.

Please note that valid Encashment Certificates are necessary to convert the unspent local currency   into Foreign Currency.

Your unspent local currency will not be converted to Foreign Currency if you fail to produce valid Encashment Certificate at the time of Re-conversion.

So please insist on having your Encashment Certificate and do sign them in presence of Authorised Employee of our company.
